And, he was super-helpful and responsive during all hours ... so much so that I wonder what his normal hours are. :)\n \n Fact: he was so helpful that when my wife questioned if we should shop around more, I told her no because (1) we had shopped around enough and had to make a decision, and (2) Josh had been so helpful that I wanted to ensure he got the business. Please make sure he knows how much we appreciate the service he provided.\n \n Note that there were multiple individuals that helped in the process (from phone to chat rooms) and everyone was super friendly and helpful. HArd to find good service like that these days. Also, I hate filling these things out (I never do) so the fact that I am taking time to fill this out and ensure Josh gets credit should speak volumes.

Our customer answered:The RTA. Store\n \n First I will advise that I didn't use your design service because the kitchen in our summer cottage is on the small side, and couldn't be changed much. However based on the performance on the rest of your team I would recommend them. I dealt with Samantha Rougeux with questions before I ordered. She answered them quickly and correctly. Joselyn Pesavento confirmed my order quickly. Marie Bai handled the lost toe kick matter. It was delivered the day after the original shipment. She also provided a free touch up kit because of one or two minor, and I mean minor, finish issues. Also the shipment was made quickly and delivered in just two days. Two days from Edison NJ. to Gaylord MI. is just fantastic. The shipment arrived on two pallets. Each cabinet was wrapped in one layer of thin foam and two layers of cardboard. Then each pallet was wrapped with two layers of thick bubble wrap. The truck driver said he had never seen cabinets wrapped that well. I guess that's why there wasn't\n any damage in shipment, which was one of my main concerns when ordering from RTA. Kathleen Jay also quickly processed full credit for the five sample doors I purchased. I would recommend the RTA. Store to anyone and everyone.\n \n I couldn't be any more satisfied!!!

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively.   5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.
  6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
  7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible.
