Our customer answered:Price and help! Changing a kitchen layout is difficult to do on your own, unless you really know what you are doing. To add to the trickiness factor, ordering them online without someone to assist and vet the design is not the easiest process to take on! I ordered the cabinets from theRTAStore.com because the quality is top notch, the pricing is competitive, and more importantly the design professional I worked with took the stress out of the equation by making certain I have the cabinets right! I spent months researching cabinets, weeks on kitchen planning and design websites, I even spent days on websites that have virtual graph paper for you to design and layout the 'kitchen of your dreams'! I wish I would have contacted your design group in the beginning of our planning stages! What has taken me months to *not* quite figure out, Casey from your design team was able to design, walk me through, and load up the shopping cart! In less than 4 hours, I had a professionally vetted floor plan, CAD drawings of the kitchen and the order placed!! All I had to do is ask for help and pay for the final order, you really cannot make buying a new kitchen any simpler than that! I cannot thank Casey enough for helping talk me off of the ledge. He was a pleasure to work with and really understood what my needs and goals were for this project!

Our customer answered:#1- Cost savings\n #2- Big box stores are intimidating w/ poor to no pricing easily visible on their cabinets. Feels like a high end restaurant, that does not put prices on the menu assuming your rich. Unfortunately, the six lucky numbers have not found me yet.

Our customer answered:I just wanted you to know how beautiful my new kitchen is after using your cabinets. I went with Sonoma Merlot RTA cabinets. The result was far better than I could imagine. The finished cabinets are amazing. They are beautiful and look like they cost much more! Of course nothing goes smoothly when your are remodeling but The RTA Store did everything possible to work with the problems, even when I made the mistake! Your costumer service was very good. I can't remember all the people that helped me in the course of the remodel but everyone was helpful and courteous. Our customer answered:I just want to leave some feed back on our kitchen cabinet order. We spent some time researching cabinets for our new home we wanted to maintain our budget and it seemed impossible. Our lowest cabinet bid was more than double our budget and did not include a lot of the features I wanted. We ordered our dream kitchen with all the features we wanted originally & a few extras you offered that we had not considered. Our total came in a few thousand below our budget. We crossed our fingers & waited for our delivery. Once we opened the boxes we were overjoyed! I could not believe how beautiful they were and the quality is amazing. During the construction of our house there have been some let downs but not our experience with TheRTAStore! Great experience & we will be shopping with you again for the other areas of our home.

All of my questions were answered and after checking out the samples, the free shipping, and the discounts, this all helped with my decision. We live over 100 miles from a brick and mortar store that sells cabinets. I actually priced cabinets in two other big box stores and the price was the most reasonable with the RTA store.

Screen-reader and keyboard navigation

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements:

  1. Screen-reader optimization: we run a process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others.

  4. Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize essential elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered elements only.
  5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.
  6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
  7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

Assistive technology and browser compatibility

We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS, and NVDA (screen readers), both for Windows and MAC users.
