The quality of the rta cabinets was better as upgrading to plywood boxes was extra with the other company I was considering. Our customer answered:I found the style and color of cabinets that I liked at RTA. I also looked at the big box stores and other websites. I worked with Kelsey on the kitchen design and she was great. I asked another on line store for help with design (which they advertised and it was a terrible experience. I priced the cabinets at RTA compared to others and the pricing was especially good with the President's Day discount. Ordering the sample doors gave me confidence in quality, color and style. The quality at The RTA Store was much higher than the brick and mortar stores. If I had gone to custom cabinetry I would have blown my budget.

Our customer answered:I honestly can't. Everything went so smoothly. Even the delivery person said that he could tell that who ever packaged them, did so with care, because that was the best packaging, to prevent damage he's seen in a long time. These cabinets are so well built for the price. We are still amazed that you can get cabinets with dove tail, soft close drawers, built with sturdy plywood and NOT particle board at such a good price. Even the insides of the cabinets and all the hardware used is top quality. You get the quality and look of custom built cabinets without the high price. And we didn't it all on line, at our own pace, and from the comfort of our own home.

The fact that your store is BBB accredited helped to tip the scales in your favor. After researching quite a few cabinet styles and brands in brick and mortar stores, I realized that not all cabinets are created equal. Comparable quality cabinets in the local brick and mortar stores were easily two times as costly as the cabinets I purchased at your store.

Our customer answered:When I first started shopping for cabinets I went to your website and started looking at the different styles of cabinets when I found one I liked I didn't know what all I needed so I called the 800 number and they set me up with Kara Ackerman the designer and was great help I sent her the measurements and it didn't take long to get the kitchen we wanted I wouldn't have known what too do with out her help we plan on redoing our bathroom after the kitchen and I will be shopping with the rta store again.

Our customer answered:We both know that products in the Building Industry are No easy sell on a regular basis. You have 4 Basic things to offer. Quality, Price, Reputation, and Customer Service. On June, 30, 1995, I retired the first time at age 45 . I was General Sales Manager for Allweather Wood Treaters, The 3rd largest Wood Treating Firm in the US. I took 5 years off then took a job as Field Operations Manager for the 4th largest TI Contractor in the US. I retired again after 5 years in Nov.2005. I have hired a multitude of salesmen, project managers, Superintendents and supporting staff. I know a Great hire when I meet them. In this business one thing that will get you repeat business, is a Happy Customer and word of mouth approvals. I find Joselyne , to hold those qualities needed for a TOP Customer Relations Rep. She has had all the answers to my questions for the purchase of this kitchen. I would use her to build a Top Quality Marketing Team.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively.   6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
  7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.
